Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only in rare cases where a manufacturing defect or transit damage is clearly proven.

To be eligible for an exchange, a complete unedited 360° unboxing video is mandatory, recorded under the following conditions:

• Video must be recorded from start to end without any cuts, pauses, or edits

• The sealed parcel, shipping label, and outer packaging must be clearly visible

• The product must be shown from all angles immediately after opening

• The defect or issue must be clearly visible and verifiable in the video

We strictly reserve the right to reject any exchange request if:

• The unboxing video is not provided

• The video is edited, unclear, or incomplete

• The issue cannot be verified from the video

• There is any indication of package tampering or misuse

• The claim is raised after the allowed time window

No exceptions will be made.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are not offered as a standard practice

• Refunds are considered only if an exchange is not possible, and only after internal verification

• Refund approval is solely at the discretion of WatchWale

• If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind or personal preference

• Minor cosmetic variations

• Wear and tear

• Incorrect handling after delivery

• Claims without valid unboxing proof

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

• Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted under any circumstances

Important Conditions

• All exchange or refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

• Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with complete packaging

• We maintain strict quality control and secure packaging checks before dispatch

• The final decision in all cases rests solely with WatchWale
