1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern the use of all services provided by Rainbow Web Solutions (“HostRainbow”). By purchasing or using any service from HostRainbow, you agree to comply with these terms.
HostRainbow reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
2. Pricing and Payments
All pricing for services is available on our official website.
Invoices are generated automatically 7 days before the due date. If payment is not received by the due date, services may be suspended and eventually terminated.
Late payments may incur additional fees.
Accepted payment methods are listed on our official website and may include Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, IMPS, RTGS, and NEFT.
3. Service Renewals and Cancellations
Services operate on a prepaid basis. Customers are responsible for renewing services before the due date to avoid suspension or termination.
Subscription-based services may be canceled at any time through the client portal. Refunds or credits are not applicable after the initial refund eligibility period.
4. Account Communications
By registering an account with HostRainbow, you agree to receive service-related communications including billing notifications, system alerts, and promotional offers.
Customers may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link included in email communications.
All personal information collected during registration is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
5. Website Migration Policy
If a hosting plan includes free migration, the migration is available only between the same hosting platforms (for example: cPanel to cPanel or Plesk to Plesk).
Free migration is available for up to one website per hosting account with a maximum total data size of 5GB.
Migrations exceeding this limit may require additional paid migration services.
Customers must provide valid access credentials such as cPanel, FTP, or SSH and ensure that the source server remains accessible during the migration process.
HostRainbow is not responsible for data loss caused by incorrect credentials, server-side issues, or inaccessible source servers.
6. Migration Timelines
Free migrations are typically completed within 24 to 72 hours.
Paid migrations may be prioritized and completed within 1 to 3 business days depending on the complexity of the setup.
Customers are responsible for verifying website functionality after migration. Migration-related assistance is provided for up to 7 days after the migration is completed.
7. Wallet and Credit Balance
Funds added to the HostRainbow wallet or account credit balance are non-refundable.
Wallet balance may only be used for purchasing or renewing services within the HostRainbow platform.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds are limited to one per customer.
Refunds will not be issued for accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
Refunds are not available for:
Upgrades and downgrades of existing services are not eligible for refunds.
9. Shared Hosting Refund Guarantee
Shared hosting services may include a limited refund guarantee period as advertised on the website.
Refund requests must be submitted within the eligible refund period. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days after approval.
10. Service Suspension and Termination
HostRainbow reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without prior notice if customers violate our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or engage in activities that threaten network stability or security.
Services may also be suspended for non-payment of invoices.
Accounts terminated due to policy violations are not eligible for refunds.
11. Adult Content Policy
Hosting or distribution of adult content including pornography, explicit sexual material, or nudity is not permitted on HostRainbow services.
12. Email and Spam Policy
HostRainbow enforces a strict zero-tolerance spam policy.
Sending unsolicited bulk emails, spam campaigns, or abusive email marketing through our servers is prohibited.
Accounts found sending spam may be suspended or terminated immediately without notice.
13. Email Sending Limits
Bulk mailing is not permitted on shared hosting servers.
Email sending limits for shared hosting accounts are restricted to a maximum of 100 emails per hour per account.
Accounts exceeding this limit or engaging in abusive email activity may be suspended.
14. Limitation of Liability
HostRainbow shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from service interruptions, data loss, hardware failure, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups of website files and databases.
15. Policy Updates
HostRainbow reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
